Running a high school tournament involves working with minors at a semi-official school event. Here are the precautions I recommend for working safely and comfortably with minors.
1. Don't take photos of minors.
2. Don't be in a room alone with only one minor.
3. Don't post people's last names.
4. Don't add minors on Facebook.
5. Get your police check.
This isn't a legal document; it's just my rough list of precautions. Probably it can be relaxed for undergrad students who are themselves close to high school age.
